Start by sauteing the ground chicken till cooked on all sides. Season well with salt & pepper.
Remove ground chicken from the pot, drain and add 1 can of drained beans. Smash till almost smooth
Add in remaining ingredients, except sour cream, to the Instant Pot. Add the ground chicken back in & stir well. Now it's time to cook the white chicken chili!
Cover and seal and cook white chicken chili on high pressure for 12 minutes, then allow for a natural release.
When white chicken chili is done cooking, stir in sour cream. Serve immediately and garnish with favorite toppings.
