Healthy Pumpkin  Banana Bread

A classic, updated

This easy healthy pumpkin banana bread is flavorful, perfectly spiced and tender. It has a bit less sugar than traditional pumpkin bread, and more fiber & omega 3's.

Ingredients

whole wheat and ap flour baking powder ground flax seed smashed bananas pumpkin puree greek yogurt butter sugar pumpkin spice & salt

Combine sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, smashed bananas, Greek yogurt, melted butter and pumpkin spice extract in a medium bowl.

Mix the wet ingredients

Combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, ground flax seed and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl and whisk to combine.

mix the dry ingredients

Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes, till knife comes out clean.

gently mix dry with wet ingredients just till combined, and spread in a greased loaf pan
