For years I was in the same spot, even though deep down I knew nutrition wasn’t as complicated as some made it out to be. I wanted clarity, so I decided to pursue my innate love and interest in nutrition by becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach CNC PN-L1, through #1 rated Precision Nutrition.
And then in early 2024, I also became a certified 3 Pillars Method coach, an evidence-based program that aims to deliver better weight, health and fitness outcomes. The 3 Pillars Method is a simple yet effective approach to implementing 3 key factors of nutrition – diet quality, adequate protein and energy balance.
You don’t need a nutrition degree
It isn’t that you’re lacking knowledge, it’s that you’re lacking a reasonable plan that helps you be consistent.
But you don’t need credentials or certifications to achieve the same level of nutrition clarity. You just need a simple roadmap that focuses on the basics and emphasizes healthy habits that are sustainable and can be achieved consistently.
At Andrea Howe Nutrition Coaching, we don’t fiddle with fads, quick fixes, magic supplements or complete restriction and elimination. There are mountains of evidence that show fad diets and fast, extreme weight loss approaches are often a failing endeavor.

Andrea clears up misconceptions about different foods being “evil” which is an ideology that I feel is plaguing our society. She offers a simple approach to eating healthy that doesn’t require cutting out any certain foods, just shifting focus to the important ones we should be working to incorporate daily.
