Prepare your ingredients by peeling & cubing potatoes and cutting steak into 1" pieces/
In a bowl, add the tip steak, oil and half of the seasoning mixture. Mix well and allow to sit & marinade for at least 15 minutes
While the beef marinates, prep the potatoes. Place them in a wide shallow bowl or plate, sprinkle with salt and cook in the microwave for about 4 minutes gently stirring at each minute. Then sprinkle with remaining spice mixture
Heat a bit of oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, and cook the tip steak till brown on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate
Add some more oil to the pan and lower heat to medium. Add the seasoned par-cooked potatoes to the pan, along with half the butter. Cook for about 10 minuts.
When potatoes are cooked through, add beef back to the pan and rest of butter and stir to reheat. Season as needed and enjoy!
