  • 3 ounces Ground beef cooked
  • 3 ounces Healthy turkey meatballs see recipe linked
  • 3 ounces Salami and provolone wraps
  • 3 ounces Turkey sandwich meat
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut butter

Fruits and Vegetables

  • ½ cup berries
  • ½ apple
  • tangerine
  • banana
  • sugar snap peas
  • carrots
  • edamame cooked

Starches

  • bread
  • protein pasta cooked
  • jasmine rice cooked
  • canned black beans
  • wraps
  • Mac n cheese cooked

Snacks

  • goldfish crackers
  • fruit wraps
  • chocolate cookies
  • trail mix
  • nuts
  • beef sticks
  • protein bar

Other

  • jam
  • string cheese
  • bbq sauce
  • salsa

Instructions

  • Assemble desired ingredients in a thermos or bento style lunch box container and include an ice pack to keep cold foods fresh.
