Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer I recommend the Ninja brand

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Salmon skinless or skin removed
  • cup Teriyaki sauce any brand
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil not toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting the salmon into 1.5"-2" cubes.
    24 ounces Salmon
  • In a medium shallow bowl or dish, combine all the marinade ingredients and whisk till combined. Add salmon bites and toss till salmon is well coated with the marinade. Cover and let sit to marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 8 hours (overnight)
⅓ cup Teriyaki sauce, 3 tablespoon Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon Ginger, 2 Garlic cloves, pinch red pepper flakes
  • A few minutes before your salmon is done marinating, preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 390 degrees f.
  • Once you are ready to air fry the teriyaki salmon bites, lightly spray the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 350 degrees f.
  • Working in batches, remove salmon bites from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off, and add to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure to not overcrowd the basket, so you will have to air fry the salmon in 2-3 batches.
  • Air fry the salmon at 350 degrees f for 7-8 minutes, making sure to toss the air salmon pieces a bit half way through the cooking process. This will ensure more even cooking results.
  • Once done air frying, remove the salmon from the basket and set aside on a serving platter then enjoy!

Notes

24 ounces of salmon will be about 3-4 salmon filets.
Store leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
