Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a medium bowl and whisk together. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified and serve.
¼ cup Orange juice, ¼ cup Olive oil, 1 tablespoon Maple syrup, 1 teaspoon Orange zest, 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar, ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
Yields 4 2 tablespoon servings.
Store vinaigrette in the fridge for up to 7-10 days; whisk/shake well before serving.
